Terms & Conditions

A booking will be considered confirmed only after the required booking amount has been paid.

By making a booking or payment, the participant confirms that she has read, understood, and agreed to the Terms & Conditions of Go Girls.

• Once visa processing has started, and upon visa approval, 50% of the total package price must be paid immediately.
• The remaining balance must be paid at least 15 days before the departure date.
• If the visa application is refused, the booking amount will be refunded after deducting the applicable visa processing/visa fee and any other non-refundable expenses already incurred.
• If a participant cancels the trip for personal reasons after the visa has been approved, all payments made will be non-refundable.
• For a multi-country trip, if a visa for one destination is refused while another destination visa is approved, the participant is expected to proceed with the approved portion of the trip. If the participant chooses not to proceed, the booking amount will be non-refundable.
• For destinations where no visa processing or prior visa approval is required, all bookings are strictly non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed through payment, no refund will be provided if the participant later cancels, changes her plans, or is unable to join the trip for any personal reason.
• In such cases, the amount paid cannot be transferred to another trip, carried forward as credit, or adjusted against any future booking.
• If Go Girls cancels a trip due solely to circumstances arising from the company’s side, the amount paid by the participant will be fully refundable. Alternatively, if the participant prefers, the amount may be adjusted toward a future Go Girls trip by mutual agreement between the participant and Go Girls. The participant will have the option to receive a refund or choose an adjustment toward a future trip.

Flight delays, cancellations, rescheduling, route changes, or transportation changes caused by weather, airline operations, government decisions, operational issues, or other circumstances beyond the control of Go Girls may require changes to the itinerary.

Where a group decision is necessary, the available options will be discussed with participants and the majority decision will apply to the group.

Go Girls will make reasonable efforts to assist participants in such circumstances but will not be responsible for losses or additional costs resulting from circumstances outside its reasonable control.

If, before or during a trip, any destination is affected by political instability, civil unrest, natural disaster, severe weather, government restrictions, security concerns, or any other situation beyond the reasonable control of Go Girls, Go Girls reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, reroute, shorten, or otherwise modify the trip if the destination or planned itinerary is considered unsafe or unsuitable for group travel.

A flight does not necessarily have to be officially cancelled for Go Girls to take such a decision. If, based on the available circumstances and safety considerations, Go Girls determines that operating the trip may place participants or the group at unreasonable risk, the decision made by Go Girls regarding whether the trip will proceed, be postponed, modified, or cancelled will be final.

In such circumstances, Go Girls will not be responsible for refunding any amount that has already been paid or committed to airlines, hotels, transportation providers, visa services, local operators, attractions, or other third-party suppliers and has become non-refundable.

After deducting all actual, non-refundable expenses already incurred for the trip,any remaining recoverable amount will, depending on the circumstances and the decision of Go Girls, either:

(a) be refunded to the participant; or
(b) be adjusted toward the same trip on revised dates or another trip arranged by Go Girls.

Go Girls will communicate the available arrangement after assessing the circumstances, supplier policies, recoverable amounts, and the safety and feasibility of operating the trip.

Go Girls will not be responsible for incidents, losses, delays, injuries, expenses, or other consequences arising while a participant chooses to travel independently, visit places independently, separate herself from the group, or undertake activities outside the official itinerary or scheduled group activities.

Participants undertaking any personal or optional activity outside the official group arrangement do so at their own responsibility.

All participants are expected to maintain group discipline and behave respectfully toward fellow travelers, trip leaders, guides, service providers, hotel staff, drivers, and local communities.

Participants are also expected to respect the comfort, privacy, safety, and overall travel experience of other members of the group.

Participants are required to follow trip guidelines, schedules, meeting times, safety instructions, and reasonable directions provided by the Go Girls trip leader or authorized representatives throughout the tour.

As group tours involve multiple travelers, participants are expected to cooperate with schedules and decisions necessary for the smooth operation of the trip.

Participants must inform Go Girls before booking about any existing medical condition, chronic illness, physical limitation, allergy, ongoing treatment, or other health condition that may require special attention or may affect their ability to participate safely in the trip.

If a participant fails to disclose a relevant health or medical condition before booking and subsequently experiences complications or requires medical attention during the trip related to that undisclosed condition, Go Girls will not be responsible for the resulting medical consequences, treatment costs, hospitalization expenses, emergency transportation, trip interruption, or other related expenses.

Participants are responsible for carrying their necessary medications and following their doctor’s advice regarding their fitness to travel.

In the event of a medical emergency, Go Girls and its trip leaders will make reasonable efforts to assist the participant in obtaining appropriate medical care. However, all associated medical, hospitalization, medication, transportation, and emergency expenses will be the participant’s responsibility.

Participants must inform Go Girls before booking of any special requirement, limitation, or accommodation need that may affect their participation in the trip.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• inability to stay in a hotel without an elevator;
• inability to stay on certain or higher floors;
• inability or unwillingness to share a room;
• requirement for a single room or specific sleeping arrangement;
• inability to sleep alone;
• mobility-related limitations;
• dietary requirements; or
• any other personal requirement that requires special arrangements.

Go Girls will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requirements that are disclosed before booking, subject to availability, destination facilities, hotel policies, itinerary conditions, and any additional costs involved.

Any additional cost resulting from a participant’s special requirement will be borne by the participant unless otherwise agreed by Go Girls.

Requirements disclosed only after the booking has been confirmed cannot be guaranteed.

If a participant fails to disclose a special requirement before booking and later becomes unable or unwilling to participate in or continue the trip because that requirement cannot be accommodated, Go Girls will not be responsible for any resulting cancellation, additional expense, inconvenience, or loss. The applicable cancellation and refund policy will continue to apply.

By making any booking or payment to Go Girls—whether through the Go Girls website, social media, WhatsApp, direct communication, bank transfer, mobile financial service, or any other accepted booking channel—the participant acknowledges that she has been provided the opportunity to review these Terms & Conditions and agrees to be bound by them.

Participants are strongly advised to read these Terms & Conditions carefully before making any payment or confirming a trip.
