Meghalaya October Trip

Day 1 – Dhaka → Dawki → Cherrapunjee ● After breakfast, start your day tour of Mawlynnong and Dawki. ● Visit the cleanest village in Asia, Mawlynnong Village and the Balancing Rock. ● Also visit the Sky View Point and Living Root Bridge at Riwai. ● Later head towards Dawki River for boating at the Crystal-Clear Lake. ● Also visit the Borhill Falls and the Indo-Bangladesh International Border (if time permits). ● Later head back to Cherrapunjee Overnight stay in Cherrapunjee Day 2: Shillong - Cherrapunjee Tour ● After breakfast head towards Cherrapunjee for a day-long tour. ● On the way visit Mawkdok Viewpoint and admire the beauty of the valley. ● Visit Wah Kaba Falls, Nohkalikai Falls and Seven Sisters Falls. ● Later visit the Mawsmai Cave and Eco Park. Overnight stay in Cherrapunjee Day 3: Cherrapunjee - Double Decker Root Bridge ● Today after breakfast you will go for a full day trek to the Double Decker Living Root Bridge. ● The trekking involves climbing down about 3500 Stairs and back. ● Your trek will start from Tyrna Village to reach Nongriat. ● If time permits you can also trek to the Rainbow Falls. Overnight stay in Cherrapunjee Day 4: Cherrapunjee - Hidden Cherrapunjee Tour ● After breakfast visit the Garden of Caves and Wei sawdong Falls. ● Later visit Dain Thlen Falls, Lyngksiar Falls, and Prut WaterFalls. ● If time permits, visit Arwah Cave. Overnight stay at Cherrapunji Day 5: End of the Trip ● Wake up with all the lovely memories of the trip. ● Visit Ward’s Lake, Police Bazar for Local shopping. ● Later proceed towards Dawki for your departure. ● Return to Bangladesh
